The Beauty Studio by Mia’Love – Cancellation Policy At The Beauty Studio by Mia’Love, every appointment is reserved specifically for you. In order to protect our time and provide the best service to all clients, the following cancellation policy is strictly enforced: 24-Hour Notice Required We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late Cancellations Any appointment canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your scheduled time will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service total. No-Show Policy Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the service total. Deposits All deposits are: • Non-refundable • Applied toward your service • Forfeit if you cancel late or no-show Same-Day Cancellations Same-day cancellations are treated as a no-show and will be charged 100% of the service price. Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time. Clients arriving 10+ minutes late may be required to: • Shorten the service (to stay on schedule), or • Reschedule (and the cancellation fee may apply) Emergency Situations We understand emergencies happen. If an emergency occurs, please contact us as soon as possible. One-time exceptions may be made at the discretion of Mia’Love.
